Refund Policy

At Aphrodite Malta, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., earrings, swimwear).

How to Request a Return Contact us at aphroditemalta@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

EU Consumer Rights In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
